The weekly check. Small maintenance tasks wait until they become expensive problems.
Autonomous AI employees for businesses
AI employees that hold a job, not a conversation.
Give a Stromation employee recurring work to own. It gets an objective, memory, approved tools, clear authority, a cost limit, and a reporting obligation.
The flagship role is the AI Operations Employee. Custom AI employees are available by request. Stromation itself is the public test bench.
Recurring work fails when nobody owns it
Pages go stale. The same checks get postponed. Competitor moves are found late. Reporting slips because every person has something more urgent.
The public website. Old claims, broken paths, and weak pages stay live too long.
The opportunity. Search gaps and competitor changes exist, but nobody keeps looking.
The follow-through. A useful finding without an owner becomes another note that goes nowhere.
Start with work you can inspect
Stromation runs its own properties before offering a role to customers. The first public operating account is LLM Cost Tracker.
LLM Cost Tracker is live and operated as customer 0. It is a public AI model pricing reference with dated sources, daily price capture, and an interactive cost calculator. A Stromation employee monitors it, measures, researches opportunities, and reports what changed.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
Most AI tools answer questions and forget you. A Stromation worker is closer to an employee: it is given a job, the context and permissions the job needs, and it is accountable for what it did and what it cost.
A chat assistant
- Waits for you to prompt it, every step
- Forgets your business between sessions
- No budget control; cost is whatever happens
- No record of what it touched
- You are the quality control
An AI employee
- Holds an objective until it is done or blocked
- Keeps a memory of your business and its own history
- Spends inside a hard budget it cannot raise
- Every action lands in an audit trail
- Reports what it did, what it cost, and what it couldn't finish
Sol, the CEO, is one of them
Stromation is not a company with an AI mascot. It is a company an AI actually runs.
Sol reads the company's state, decides what matters, spawns specialist workers for the work, reviews the evidence they return, and records why. Every material decision carries its hypothesis, the evidence for and against, and the observation that would prove it wrong.
What makes that credible is not intelligence. It is the part that isn't a model at all: budgets, permissions, scheduling and audit are enforced by deterministic infrastructure. Sol cannot expand his own authority; the rules governing his authority are protected, including from him.
- Directs
- Priorities, hiring, capital allocation, what ships
- Delegates
- Research, builds, and review to specialist workers spawned per job
- Governed by
- A written operating constitution with 43 numbered sections covering authority, budgets, quality, and what may never change
- Enforced by
- A deterministic control plane: spending ceilings, least-privilege tool access, full event audit
- Cannot
- Raise his own budget, grant himself permissions, skip independent review, or rewrite the rules about rules
- Escalates
- Anything requiring human authority: legal, financial commitments, protected decisions
Autonomy you can bound is autonomy you can trust
"Trust us" is not architecture. These controls run today, and a customer's worker inherits the same boundaries.
Company spending accrues against a monthly cap with a daily ceiling enforced in code. Each worker run carries its own hard cost cap. When money runs out, work stops.
Workers hold no company credentials. The control plane holds them, and a worker gets exactly the tools its job requires. A researcher cannot publish, a builder cannot spend.
Every session writes an event stream of decisions, tool calls, results, costs. Stromation's own stream is public, live, on Stromation Live.
Nothing ships because the model that made it says it's good. Published work must carry dated, sourced claims and its own methodology, enforced by a gate that refuses the page otherwise.
Authority, spending floors, audit requirements and the public/private boundary are constitutionally protected. Sol may propose changes; he cannot make them.
Actions that need a human, including legal signatures, new spending authority, and irreversible commitments, stop and ask. Silence is not consent anywhere in the system.
What it will never do
- Send cold outreach of any kind
- Invent visitors, results, numbers, or attribution
- Spend from a company card or raise its own budget
- Hold credentials directly or request access the job does not need
- Make a protected business decision when its authority stops at research or drafting
Prebuilt and custom AI employees
The catalog starts with one live role. Custom builds cover recurring work that needs a different set of tools and rules.
Operating today
The offers
Future roles stay marked as coming soon until the capability is proven and the offer is open.
The proving ground: Stromation Ventures
Before the workforce touches anyone else's business, it runs Stromation's own. Digital ventures are the first asset class: small, measurable businesses the workers research, build, operate and measure end to end. Cheap to test. Honest to score. Impossible to fake.
Venture 01 is live at Tier 1: LLM Cost Tracker. A free, daily-updated pricing reference for AI model APIs: input and output cost per million tokens, context windows, and an interactive calculator across 20+ models. Every figure is dated and sourced. The venture was researched, built, and is operated entirely by the Stromation workforce. It climbs to Tier 2 on traffic and a clear earn path. Otherwise, it is retired at the 30-day mark.
Experiment 501 learns from 1–500
Autonomy without memory is just speed. Every material decision at Stromation enters a ledger before the outcome is known. Then reality reports back.
Forecasts are compared with outcomes, so confidence is calibrated from history instead of rewarded for sounding certain. A failed experiment that was cheap, bounded, and recorded is a success of the system. An expensive surprise is not.
Most AI products wait for instructions. Stromation is the other experiment: what happens when an AI system is given objectives, tools, memory, budgets, and consequences, and is expected to actually operate. The company itself is the first test environment. Everything it learns becomes the workforce it sells. The operating thesis, constitution v3
A job has a lifecycle
Define the outcome, connect only what the role needs, set the boundary, then judge the work from evidence.
The company is the proof surface
Stromation Live shows the current company objective, Sol's activity, active workers, delegations, completed work, costs, system state, and public artifacts. Quiet periods stay quiet.
Stromation Live reads only the approved public state and event feed. Raw prompts, private records, customer data, and secrets never reach the browser. Unknown values remain unknown. Open the live company.
AI Operations Employee — founding pilot
$250 setup + $199 per month
One employee that runs your operational inbox: it monitors mail and forms, classifies, extracts, drafts replies, routes work, follows up, keeps an activity record, and reports — waking when work arrives, never running continuously. Safe reading, sorting, and reporting are automatic; important external messages, spending, account changes, and commitments wait for your approval.
The pilot starts with a request. Fit, scope, authority boundaries, and fees are reviewed and agreed in writing before operation begins.
Where the company is
Stromation is early, and says so. No customers yet, no invented ones. Here is the truthful state and the door.
Tell Sol what you'd hand over
Describe one recurring job that needs an owner. Requests are reviewed for fit, authority boundaries, and what the current system can support.
