Stromation provides custom workflow automation services, including the Automation Audit and implementation of automation systems. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in individual proposals or agreements.
The $299 Automation Audit includes a discovery session, workflow mapping, identification of automation opportunities, and a build plan with quote range. The audit fee is credited toward your project if you proceed with implementation. If you do not proceed, you retain the deliverables from the audit.
To ensure successful project delivery, clients are responsible for:
Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and accepted methods, are specified in individual proposals or invoices. The Automation Audit fee is due before the audit session. Project payment terms vary based on scope and are agreed upon before work begins.
Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis. The Automation Audit fee is generally non-refundable once the audit session has been completed, as the deliverables are provided regardless of whether you proceed with a build.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom automations and workflows built specifically for their project, as defined in the project agreement. Stromation retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and non-confidential learnings in future work.
Services are provided "as is." While we strive to build reliable automations with proper error handling and monitoring, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, as automations depend on third-party tools and APIs that may change or experience downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stromation's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our automations often integrate with third-party tools and services (e.g., CRMs, email platforms, APIs). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates from these third-party providers. We recommend support retainer plans for ongoing monitoring and maintenance.
You agree not to use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Automations must comply with applicable laws and the terms of service of integrated platforms.
We treat client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver services or as required by law.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
